I am a licensed mental health counselor with over thirteen years of experience in outpatient mental health, working with people with a variety of diagnoses, problems and life stressors: Examples of diagnoses treated may include, but are not limited to, people with Posttraumatic Stress, Depression, Bipolar and Anxiety Disorders, as well as issues related to illness, chronic pain, divorce, grief and other losses.
I have specialized training in working with people who have survived traumatic events and who are diagnosed with Posttraumatic Stress Disorder.

Obstacles may present in the form of unhealthy life patterns, traumatic life events ranging from repeated childhood trauma and domestic violence to medical complications and chronic pain, grief, divorce and other major life changes.
