Nature Heals Walks

Nature Heals Walks

Join Keri-Ann Wagner on a Nature Heals Walk at Governor Oliver Ames Estate.

Nature Heals Walks are held in the green spaces of Easton.  These are times to help us to notice how nature evokes a sense of peace within us and allows stress to fade.  This could mean watching a bird in flight, trees swaying in the breeze, the rippling pond, whatever relaxes us.  We will be integrating concepts from visualization [in real time] and neuroscience to help keep these images with us for when we are at the peak of our stress levels.

Professional supervision services provided to licensed and master's level mental health counselors. Coursework for the MaMHCA Certified Clinical Supervisor Training Program has been completed.   Please call or e-mail for more information.
